大跨度钢筋砼箱形拱肋分段预制施工技术
Construction Techniques of Long-span Concrete-filled Steel Tubular Box-shaped Vault Rib Subsection Prefabrication  

【内容提要】乌江三桥位于重庆市彭水县乌江上，采用主跨为140m的钢筋混凝土等截面悬链线无铰箱形拱，是国内同类桥梁跨径较大者。拱肋纵向分7段预制，采用无支架缆索吊机安装、钢丝绳斜拉扣挂法施工。介绍了拱肋分段预制的施工方案、主要工艺，以及笔者的体会。
【Abstract】 Crossing over Wujiang River of Pengshui County, Chongqing, Wujiang Third Bridge is one of the longest bridges with such a long span in China. The main span is a 140 meters long, made by box-shaped arch without articulation with concrete-filled steel tubular section catenary. The vault rib should be prefabricated in 7 subsections vertically adopting the installation of non-bracket cable crane and constructed according to wire steel cable-stayed method. This article gives a brief introduction of the construction scheme of the subsection prefabrication of vault rib, key techniques and the author’s summarization

内容提要：三门口跨海大桥北门桥为主跨270m的中承提篮式钢管混凝土拱桥，主拱肋的砼灌注是拱肋合龙后的又一关键工序，且现场施工条件受到诸多限制。介绍了主拱肋灌注施工方案、施工工艺、质量检测等。
Abstract:  The North Door Bridge on Sanmenkou is a half-through basket handle arch bridge made by concrete-filled steel tubular with a main span of 270 meters long. The concrete pouring is the key procedure after the final closure of vault rib. There are a good many limitations due to the condition of the construction site. It is a brief introduction of the construction scheme of the major vault rib, construction craftsmanship and quality inspection, and so on
